The Agent-Customer Structure is your compass in the vastness of commercial relationships, allowing you to clearly visualize the network of relationships that develops under you or under the management of another agent.
Through the appropriate page you can see the hierarchies represented graphically, showing you how agents and customers connect, providing an immediate understanding of your organizational structure.
The agent-customer structure is important to fully understand the functioning of one of the most important features of WooSales, its commission system which allows you to reward agents for the success resulting from orders placed by their customers.
The role editing page allows you to assign a commission category to each of them, shaping a system tailored to your needs.
Three types of commission categories can be created which define their functioning:
SIMPLE COMMISSION CATEGORIES (UNILEVEL)
The Simple Commission Categories are the starting point. Set fixed or percentage compensation based on the order total, rewarding the order reference agent with unparalleled clarity and simplicity.
IMMEDIATE COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER

COMMISSION CATEGORIES BY DIFFERENCE (STAIRSTEP)
If you want to go further, embrace the Difference Commission Categories. Through this system, rewards are based on the structure under the reference agent and are assigned by difference between one level and another, a revolution in the approach to commissions.
COMMISSION CATEGORIES BY LEVEL (GENERATIONAL)
Enjoy maximum customization via Commission Categories by Level.
Decide how many levels need to be involved and set personalized compensation for each step of the structure underlying the order reference agent, both in percentages and with fixed amounts.
EXCEPTIONS
If the level of customization of your experience is not enough, for each commission category and for each role it is possible to set exceptions for individual products or categories.
You can then view all the commissions generated on the Commission List page or in the detail of the individual order.
If the generation of commissions is not set automatically, they can be generated and eliminated via the appropriate menu within the order details.
Once generated and made payable, the commissions must be confirmed by the administrator, after which the balance will be made visible through a movement within the E wallet of the selected agent.
